5-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 5 days from delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags, labels and packaging.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong product, damaged product or a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with suitable photo/video proof. Eligible return shipping charges will be borne by The Ajrakh Studio.

Change of Mind

For personal-reason returns such as change of mind or colour preference, return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund

After the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, an eligible refund is normally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable

Used, washed, altered, customer-damaged products, items without original tags/packaging, or requests made after the return window are not eligible.
