Handcrafted products may show natural variations in colour, print placement, texture and finish; these are characteristics of handmade craft and are not necessarily defects.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise. Orders may be cancelled for stock unavailability, pricing/technical errors or suspected fraud. If an eligible paid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded according to the applicable payment process.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to destination, courier availability, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
